Health and wellness, to me, means taking on a holistic approach to living in order to be free of illness. Now, you’re asking, “what does holistic mean?”, right? Well, simply put, holistic is considering the whole being…body, mind and spirit. If we tend to all three, we will be healthier and happier, than if we tend to only the body. Make sense?
